In this update we’ve fixed some bugs, added more seasonal event support, and made a few quality of life improvements! Sending Guild and Party invites through email should work more reliably. We’ve improved task drag and drop logic when filters are applied to make the order more consistent. Habit streak is now referred to as ‘Habit Counter’ to better reflect the actual behavior. Issues with subscriptions not cancelling fully or getting errors when buying multiple Gem packages should be resolved.

We’ve improved more of our notifications so they bring you to the relevant screen when tapped. When customizing your avatar, you’ll be able to see your avatar updating in real time as you select different options. You can also see your current Gems when gifting Gems from your balance now. We’ve fixed a few bugs too, including one where tasks wouldn’t load when the app is left running in the background, the stats widget works again, and another where Dailies wouldn’t filter properly on launch.

This latest update improves the use of certain skills. Now we will display how much damage you do to a boss right when you use a skill like Brutal Smash. The list of tasks that displays when you use a skill will only show viable tasks as well now. We’ve also made some improvements to the mini notifications you receive when getting an item or level up, clarified the reason given for equipment being locked, and fixed a few pesky bugs in the process. We’ve added the ability to select different default launch screens! Do you mainly use Dailies or find yourself constantly checking off To Do’s? Now you can set the app to automatically launch to either of those screens, and more! Go to Settings to explore the various launch screen options. We’ve also fixed a few bugs with views not updating automatically. Hope you enjoy this newest Habitica update!

This update is full of bug fixes and quality of life upgrades. You can now use the Fortify Potion! If your tasks are getting out of hand and you’re overwhelmed with red, just get a Fortify Potion from the Market and it will reset all tasks to a neutral value. You’ll now receive an in-app message when you’ve won a Challenge and won Challenges will be listed in your Achievements. We’ve also improved the flow for hatching Pets, receiving Pet Achievements, starting Quests, and creating Challenges.

This update includes big changes to Pets & Mounts! You’ll now be able to see which pets can be hatched and hatch them right there without having to go to Items. Tapping a pet you haven’t hatched yet will now show you the name of the pet and which items you still need. We’ve also allowed you to delete Challenge tasks you no longer want right from your task list, refreshed the UI in various places, and fixed a few other bugs to improve your Habitica experience.

This update improves reminders, adds an explanation of unlock conditions to Quests in the shop, and you’ll now see a summary of your rewards after completing a Quest!
Note that you may get a completion summary for your last completed quest right after updating, even if you completed it awhile ago. This will only happen once.
We’ve also updated the price of the Dustbunny and Basi-list Quests to better reflect their value.
